Claims Auditor

Review and process crop insurance claims accurately and efficiently. 

Use internal guidelines and federal and state policy manuals to resolve questions and address claim issues. 

Ensure claims are handled in compliance with all federal, state and company procedures. 

Collaborate with internal teams to identify claim issues and support timely, accurate resolution. 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related business software. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate information and resolve issues. 

The ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when managing problems, stress or conflict. 

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
