Due to a change made by the Risk Management Agency (RMA), all agents and agency employees must re-submit their 2027 Conflict of Interest if it was completed prior to October 29.
Why is a new COI necessary?
The RMA recently announced that the 2027 Conflict of Interest form must ask whether the agent or agency employee is an authorized signer for any crop insurance contract.
Since the version of the COI available prior to October 29 did not include this question, a new form must be submitted.
What if I already submitted my 2027 COI?
If you submitted your COI before October 29, you must re-submit the form using the same process.
If you submitted your COI on or after October 29, no further action is needed.
What if I never submitted my 2027 COI?
You may complete your 2027 Conflict of Interest in AgriNet as usual. Please be sure to submit the form as soon as possible.
