AgriSompo is the brand of Sompo Group which operates in Italy in the crop insurance field.

Sompo is one of the world’s largest Japanese insurance and financial companies with a presence in more than 30 countries and more than 130 years of history.

The activity in Italy started in 2018 with the acquisition of the insurance company A&A S.r.l. (www.aeasompo.com), which distributes insurance products on behalf of SI Insurance (Europe), SA – Italy Branch, a company incorporated under Luxembourg law (Luxembourg | Sompo International), with insurance authorization number 549300OOBOGTBRMWN512.

Within a relatively short period, AgriSompo has managed to establish itself as a leader in the agricultural insurance field, with the purpose to become a key reference in the Italian market.
